To view order and shipping information for your company, a confidential password is required. In order to receive a password, the form below must be completed and submitted. Once this form is submitted, a confidential password will be emailed to you. Your Account Number is found on Chicago Faucets Acknowledgements, Invoices and Shipping documents. When you receive your password, you may change it to a password of your choice.

A single password will be issued to each Chicago Faucets customer account. This password may be shared with all employees requiring order status information. For security, we suggest changing the password from time to time and when employees knowing the password leave the company. The confidentiality and security of all password information is implicitly the responsibility of you, our valued customer.
